RevealedOutput

Revealed (un-confidential) funds a stealth transfer outputs as a bucket, and the key authorised to take them.
The engine requires receiver’s badge in the transaction’s auth scope before it creates
the bucket, so a statement lifted into another transaction yields its revealed funds to
nobody. null (not a zero amount) is the only encoding of “no revealed output”.
