tari config

Manages the project configuration file, tari.config.toml.

tari config <SUBCOMMAND>

config init

Creates a tari.config.toml with defaults in the project root (or the git repository root). Does nothing if the file already exists.

tari config init

config set

Sets a configuration value.

tari config set <KEY> <VALUE>

tari config set default-network localnet
tari config set default-account myaccount
tari config set networks.localnet.metadata-server-url http://localhost:3000/
tari config set networks.esmeralda.metadata-server-url https://ootle.tari.com/community-templates

config get

Prints a single configuration value.

tari config get default-network

config show

Prints the full configuration file.

tari config show

Configuration resolution

The active network is resolved first, then per-setting values are read from that network’s section.

Active network, highest priority first: --network → project default-network → global default-network → esmeralda.

Per-setting, highest priority first:
